of General Membership Meeting The annual general membership meeting of the Biloxi Yacht Club will be held on Sunday, September 18, 1999 at 3:00pm in the club dining room. As provided by the constitution, only senior voting, life and associate members in good standing are eligible to participate in the meeting. If a senior voting or life long member is absent from the meeting, his or her spouse may attend the meeting and vote in lieu of the member. The agenda of the meeting is provided in Article VII of the constitution and includes election of Flag Officers and Governing Board Members. All eligible members are encouraged to attend. Luncheon Judy's Guest Speaker is Janet Green, Mrs. Green actively sailed for the Biloxi Yacht Club during the 1940's and 1950's. We are delighted that she will share her sailing experiences as a women in this era and the impact the this sport has had on her life. We invite all club women to join us. Sailors and Non Sailors alike will enjoy this guest. |
Independence Day Due to the crowds that we expect to have on the beach for the Independence Day Celebrations, the Pier will be for use by Members and their Guests ONLY! No one will be allowed on the pier unless they are with a member. The Pier Bar will open. We will server Burgers, Barbecue Sandwiches, wine, beer & soft drinks. Please join us for some fund as the sky lights up! |
